Forum Thread: garageband help

HI! the new version of Garageband(10.0)

1. When I record over a track I messed up on, it keeps the old and new recording..
2. It has trouble noticing when I've selected a new track to record on. ( I create a new track but, it fails to notice it's there)
3. And last but, not least! when I'm done recording, I share it to iTunes to get a completed version so i can put it on CD's and such. But, with this wonderful new update garageband only saves about 40 seconds of the recording and there is no setting I can change. it also, no longer saves in MP3. sooooo, whats wrong?
